1. Who we are, who you are

These terms are between [Legal entity name] ("Luvilē", "we") and you, the person accepting them on the Partner application form ("Partner", "you"). You are an independent promoter — not an employee, agent, or franchisee of Luvilē. You work at your own pace, with no targets and no penalties for inactivity.

2. Joining

• You must be 18+, resident in India, with a valid bank/UPI account.
• Joining is free — no joining fee, renewal fee, kit fee, or purchase requirement, ever. If anyone demands money to join Luvilē, report it to us immediately.
• We may verify your identity (KYC) before enabling payouts. One code per person; codes are personal and non-transferable.

3. How you earn

• Customers using your code get the published partner discount (currently 10%).
• You earn an incentive on every Successful Order — an order that is paid, delivered, and not cancelled/returned/refunded within the return window published on the website.
• Incentive is calculated on the net product value (after discounts, excluding shipping, COD fees, and GST).

4. Incentive levels

Levels reset monthly. We may revise rates or thresholds with 15 days' written notice — incentives already earned are never reduced.

5. Payouts

• Twice a month: incentives confirmed 1st–15th are paid by the 20th; confirmed 16th–month-end are paid by the 5th of next month.
• Paid by UPI/bank transfer with a statement listing every order.
• Minimum payout ₹200 — smaller balances carry forward without expiry.
• If a paid-out order is later returned, refunded, or found fraudulent, that amount adjusts against your future payouts.
• Bonuses and challenges are discretionary promotions governed by their announced conditions.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for income tax on your earnings. We deduct TDS where the law requires and provide records. If you are GST-registered, inform us.

8. Your conduct

Always: be honest about products and prices; share with people who know you; direct all payments only to www.luvile.com.

Never: collect money from customers; alter prices or invent offers; spam strangers or post codes on public coupon sites; misuse the Luvilē name/logo in account names, domains, or paid ads without written permission; self-order or split orders to farm incentives.

9. Customer data & confidentiality

Customer details you receive through the Program are confidential — use them only for Luvilē activities, never for any other business. Both parties comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Our Privacy Policy governs data we hold about you.

10. Leaving the Program

• You can exit anytime with a simple written message — no penalty, no notice period. Everything you have genuinely earned is paid in the next payout cycle.
• We may end the partnership with 7 days' notice, or immediately for fraud or breach of these terms.
• Codes inactive for 6 months may be deactivated after notice; rejoining is free.

11. Liability

Luvilē is responsible for products, deliveries, refunds, and customer service. You are responsible for your own statements and conduct, and agree to indemnify Luvilē against claims arising from your breach of these terms. Our total liability to you is limited to your accrued unpaid incentives. Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control.

12. Grievances & disputes

Grievance Officer: S Karn · theluvile@gmail.com · — response within 48 hours. Unresolved disputes: 30 days of good-faith settlement, then arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seat at Delhi. Governing law: India; courts at Delhi.

13. Updates & acceptance

We may update these terms with 15 days' notice; continued participation means acceptance. Ticking "I accept the Partner Terms & Conditions" on the application form is valid electronic acceptance under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
