Refund policy
At Luvile , we are committed to ensuring you have a positive shopping experience. Please review our comprehensive Return and Exchange Policy before finalizing your purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Returns for Damaged Products (Defects Only)
Returns are strictly accepted only in the event of receiving a damaged or defective product.
• Eligibility & Proof: To be eligible for a return, the customer must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage. This serves as essential proof of defect.
• Timeframes for Complaint: Any claim regarding damage or defects must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Defects Defined: The following are explicitly considered manufacturing defects:
• Tear in the saree fabric.
• Incorrect length (significantly different from the stated product specifications).
• Missing blouse piece (only if the product description explicitly stated that a blouse piece is included).
• Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will offer a Refund or an Exchange at the sole discretion of Miriyam.Store.
• Returns Shipping Timeframe: The defective product must be shipped back to us within 2 days of the return request being officially initiated.
2. Exchange & Store Credit Policy (No Refunds for Dislike)
We do not offer refunds for products returned due to reasons other than manufacturing defects (e.g., if you simply do not like the product).
• Exchange Option: If you do not like the product, you may request an Exchange for a different item. This request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Store Credit Option: If you choose not to proceed with an exchange, we will issue a Coupon Code (Store Credit) equal to the value of your order. This coupon can be used for any future purchases at Luvile.
• Finality: Refunds are not available under any circumstances for non-defective returns.
3. Order Cancellations
• Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be permitted.
4. Returns Process and Conditions
• Product Condition: The returned product must be in original, unused condition with all original tags and labels intact.
• Shipping Responsibility (Customer Bears Cost): Luvile does not provide a pick-up service. The customer is responsible for shipping the return via a courier of their choice to the address communicated by the customer service executive at 7488910328.
• Courier Charges: Courier charges will not be reimbursed and must be entirely borne by the customer.
5. Color Variation Disclaimer
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on perceived color differences resulting from:
• Variations in photography lighting.
• Differences in screen resolution or display settings.
• Minor variations in fabric dye batches.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
• Items purchased under a Clearance Sale.
• Items purchased under a BUY 1 GET 1 or similar promotional offer.
